The second Virtual UNcathlon to benefit Special Olympics Pennsylvania (SOPA) will be held throughout the entire month of September!

This year’s exercise is the PLANK.
For the month of September, the goal is to practice the Plank every day to ensure proper form and increase the amount of time you’re able to hold Plank position!

After this 30 day fitness & fundraising challenge, you’ll feel great physically and, more importantly, you’ll have raised funds so that our 16,000+ Special Olympics PA athletes can continue to train and compete year-round free of charge.
