James F. Campenella

James F. Campenella has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as owner of his very successful company.  He is delighted that his son now represents the third generation Campenella in the field of construction as owner.

Jim continues to be impassioned about turning the neighborhoods of Philadelphia into thriving safe communities for children and families.  Campenella acquires and develops properties to build communities throughout the city and region and contributes mightily to assisting non-profit development working with many health care, social service and senior providers.

A few of his many accomplishments include:

  • Managing partner of the award winning Western Union Building.
  • Managing Partner for the Lithograph Lofts
  • Developed and built the Life Care center at the University of Pennsylvania
  • Historic restoration and renovation of the New Freedom Theater – The nation’s oldest African-American theater – located on N. Broad St.
