Ernest D. Holtzheimer is an associate at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP. He also serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Ernie’s practice is focused on emerging growth companies and commercial litigation. He has experience handling matters involving entity formation, commercial contracts, and intellectual property protection. He also has a broad range of experience handling a variety of legal issues in areas including nonprofit organizations, higher education law, and securities law.

Aside from Special Olympics Pennsylvania, Ernie’s many engagements in the community include service on the advisory committees of Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business and Innovation Venture Fund, as a small business mentor with the SCORE Association, and as a volunteer with several other non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia area.

He received his J.D. degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, with a Business and Entrepreneurship Concentration. He also earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance and B.S. degrees in Entrepreneurship and Business Management with a focus on International Studies, from Rowan University William G. Rohrer College of Business.
